Please note: you are not obligated by law to provide us with any information. You hereby acknowledge, warrant and agree that any information you do provide us is provided of your own free will and consent, for the purposes and uses described herein.
2. What Information Do We Collect?
In operating Coneuron’s App we may collect two general types of information regarding our Users:
a. Un-identified and non-identifiable information pertaining to Users, which may be made available to us, or collected automatically via their use of the App (“Non-personal Information“). Such Non-personal Information does not enable us to identify the person from whom it was collected, and mainly consists of technical and aggregated usage information, such as the identity and operation system and browser, smart-phone and operating system version, User’s screen resolution, duration of usage of the application, User’s ‘click-stream’ activity on the App, keyboard language, User’s activities, etc.
b. Individually identifiable information, namely information that identifies an individual or may with reasonable efforts or together with additional information we have access to, enable the identification of an individual, or may be of private or sensitive nature (“Personal Information“). Such Personal Information that is collected by us consists of the following types of information (including, for the avoidance of doubt, Non-personal Information that is connected or linked to said Personal Information to the extent such connection or linkage exists): IP address, personal details provided in connection with setting up an account by the User including name, account identifiers, birth date e-mail address, phone number, contacts, location, company/school affiliation, which mobile applications are installed on your device, portrait/photo, social-text conversations you conduct or participate in (either actively or passively) via your mobile device in social networks, your social interactions and networks, scores given to your online behaviors and scores that you have provided to other users on-line behavior, information about you that may be provided in text conversations conducted by others, information about the persons who are your contacts which could appear in the text conversations held between any other contacts (whether with our without your active or passive participation).
TO THE EXTENT THAT YOU PROVIDE TO US ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION IN CONNECTION WITH ANY THIRD PARTY YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE TO RECEIVE AND HEREBY REPRESENT AND UNDERTAKE TO HAVE RECEIVED THE CONSENT, AUTHORITY, PERMISSION AND APPROVAL OF SUCH PERSON AND PROVIDED THEM WITH SUFFICIENT DISCLOSURES, TO ALLOW THE USE OF SUCH PERSONAL INFORMATION, AND TO ALLOW PUBPLUS TO ACCESS, STORE, COLLECT, ANALYZE AND PROCESS SUCH PERSONAL INFORMATION AS DETAILED HEREIN.
3. How Do We Collect Such Information?
There are two main methods we use:
(i) We collect information through your use of the App. In other words, we are aware of your usage of the App and may gather, collect and
record the information relating to such usage. We also collect Non-Personal and Personal Information derived from information we receive from third party services and providers we work with.
We collect such Non-personal (ii) We collect information which you provide us voluntarily. For example, we collect Personal information which you voluntarily provide when you use our App.
4. Why Do We Collect the Information?
We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes: (i) to provide our Users with the services the App is intended to provide, namely gamification, monitoring and improvement of on-line social behavior of participants in social-interaction network in order to enable and improve prevention or minimization of cyber-bullying (ii) the create cumulative statistical data and other cumulative information which we and/or our selected authorized business partners might make use of in order to operate and improve the App; (iii) to personalize the App and content provided to you, to customize your experience with the App and to enable you to retrieve your information; (iv) to develop, improve and customize the App, the experience of other Users and the offering available through the App; (v) to be able to contact Users for the purpose of providing them with technical assistance, support, handle requests and complaints and collect feedback; (vi) to send you updates, notices, announcements, and additional information related to the App and services related thereto; (vii) for customization and improvement of the App’s accuracy and interface; (viii) to comply with any applicable rule or regulation and/or response or defend against legal proceedings versus us or our affiliates.
5. Where Do We Store Personal Information?
Information regarding our Users may be maintained, processed and stored by Coneuron and our authorized affiliates and service providers in the United States of America, in Israel, and in other jurisdictions as necessary for the proper performance and operation of the App and/or as may be required by law.
6. Minors and Eligibility
If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity, organization, or company, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such organization to these Terms and you agree to be bound by these Terms on behalf of such organization.
7. With Whom Do We Share Personal Information?
, including investigation of potential violations thereof; (d) to detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; (e) to respond to User’s support requests; (f) respond to claims that any content available on Coneuron’s App violates the rights of third-parties; (g) to respond to claims that contact information (e.g. name, e-mail address, etc.) of a third-party has been posted or transmitted without their consent or as a form of harassment; (h) to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Coneuron, its Users, or the general public; (e) when Coneuron is undergoing any change in control, including by means of merger, acquisition or purchase of all or substantially all of its assets; (i) to collect, hold and/or manage your Personal Information through Coneuron’s authorized third party service providers, as reasonable for business purposes, which may be located outside of Israel (for example: Amazon Web Services); (j) pursuant to your explicit approval prior to the disclosure; or (k) to cooperate with authorized third party partners of Coneuron for the purpose of enhancing the User’s experience.
For avoidance of doubt, Coneuron may transfer and disclose Non-personal Information including any aggregate or statistical to third parties at its own discretion.
8. Modification or Deletion of Personal Information
If you wish to exercise your right to access and/or request us to make corrections to your Personal Information that you have stored with us, please send us an e-mail to email@example.com
and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe and in accordance with applicable laws. Please note that you may also correct, update or remove certain parts of your Personal Information by yourself, or completely deactivate your account, by designated functions in the App.
Please note, upon request to delete your account, Coneuron may depersonalize (and un-identifiable) your App activity history for the purpose of enhancing and improving our App.
9. Data Retention
We may retain your Personal Information for as long as you Using the App. We may retain such Personal Information even after you cease to use the App, as reasonably necessary to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes regarding any of our Users, prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our agreements and/or protect our legitimate interests.
Coneuron has implemented security measures designed to protect the Personal Information of our Users, including, procedural and electronic measures. Among other things, we use we use encryption tools to protect such sensitive information stored with us; we regularly monitor our systems for possible vulnerabilities and attacks, and seek news ways and tools for further enhancing the security of our App and the integrity of the Personal Information that we hold.
Please note however, that regardless of the measures we take and the efforts we make, we cannot and do not guarantee the absolute protection and security of any Personal Information.

By contacting Coneuron you warrant and agree that you are free to do so, and that you do not provide Coneuron with information which violates any third party intellectual rights (the “Information”). Without degrading from the aforesaid, all rights, including intellectual property, arising from the communication will be owned by the Coneuron and will be considered as Coneuron’s confidential material. It is clarified that any use of the Information, will be done at the sole discretion of the Coneuron, and Coneuron is not obligated to use all or part of this Information.
